I-I know I have a couple commissions I need to finish, but Lunachi139 liking the picture I made her gave me the courage to draw something else that's not chibi...I've also been in a huge holiday mood, so that is also part of it. I promise I'll finish those last commissions as soon as I possibly can now that I got this out of my system!
I also said I probably wasn't going to do an auction adoptable again...D'oh.
I know this isn't up for sale anymore, but I just had to comment anyway and tell you what an adorable little character he is! His lines and design and palette are so so adorable and lovely, and I am loving that braid with the bow on the end. ;3 You should offer commissions in this style I think; its sweet and detailed. I know I would take you up on it.
Oh its okay, andnyoure very welcome! Well I'm glad to hear you'd offer them, but as to pricing that really has to be up to you as the artist. Usually I would think the cost should bear out the time and effort spent on whatever it is, and don't sell yourself short. I've seen pieces like this little guy (headshot and all) go for upwards of twenty dollars. Your style here is neat and adorable, so don't sell it short! XD Oh yes and if you should decide to open up for this I'd still like to know. ^_^
Hmm... I'm itching to do something like this after not being able to draw in quite some time. If you'd be interested in being my first, I'd love to draw someone for $30 along with making it a bit more detailed than this? The lineart would definitely be more crisp and not quite so flat!
Although I understand if that's too expensive or you're not comfortable since I haven't drawn in a while. >_o I could just make another adoptable to sell and you decide if you still think I'm an okay artist. x3;; I'm embarrassed and shy when it comes to selling art.
